An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Security Cleared IT Change Manager with prior experience of building an ITIL Change function from scratch. This role requires a hands-on Change professional who can operate at pace, lead CAB and implement effective governance, risk and control frameworks while working closely with service leads, platform owners, and engineering teams. We are looking for someone with strong, practical ITIL Change experience who knows how to make change work in the real world.

- Proven experience building an ITIL Change function from scratch (Essential)
- Strong track record operating in a greenfield, fast-moving environment
- Experience leading CAB and driving robust change governance
- Experience with ServiceNow
