We are supporting a global consultancy delivering critical programmes within a highly secure government environment and are seeking an experienced DV Cleared Master Scheduler/PMO Planning Specialist to join a major programme team.
Notes: Hampshire, up to 4-5 days on site and WFH, United Kingdom - market rate (Inside IR3 5).
This role will suit candidates from an IT, Digital, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cyber Security, or Technology Transformation background who have strong experience managing integrated schedules across complex programmes and multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain an integrated programme and project schedule.
- Manage dependencies, milestones, critical paths, and delivery timelines.
- Work closely with Programme Managers, Project Managers, PMO teams, and senior stakeholders.
- Provide schedule analysis, forecasting, reporting, and delivery insight.
- Identify scheduling risks, issues, and potential delivery impact.
- Support governance activities through reporting and dashboard production.
- Drive scheduling best practice, standards, and planning consistency across the programme.
- Support delivery teams with planning, scheduling, and programme controls activities.
- Active DV Clearance.
- Strong PMO, Planning, Scheduling, or Programme Controls experience.
- Experience working on complex IT, Digital, Infrastructure, Cyber, or Technology programmes.
- Advanced MS Project or similar enterprise scheduling tool.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience operating within a structured governance and delivery environment.
- Ability to work onsite in North Hampshire 4-5 days per week.
