SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Lead

We are recruiting an experienced SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Lead to join a growing SAP practice supporting major global programmes. You will lead the design and delivery of SAP GTS solutions across complex, multi-country S / 4HANA transformations.

This role requires UK SC security clearability. Hybrid role with up to 20% travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP GTS workstreams across full lifecycle : design, build, test, deploy, hypercare.
• Own functional design for Compliance, Customs, Risk Management, and Trade Preference.
• Run workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap and solution design activities.
• Configure SAP GTS and integrate with S / 4HANA Logistics, MM / SD / TM and external brokers.
• Support pre-sales : RFP responses, scoping, solution demos and estimates.
• Ensure compliance with global trade regulations (ITAR, EAR, EU dual-use, HMRC, CBP etc.).
• Prepare functional specs for WRICEF; oversee SIT / UAT test cycles.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to reusable assets and accelerators.

Required Experience

• Strong SAP functional background with deep SAP GTS experience.
• Led minimum 2 end-to-end GTS implementations.
• Strong understanding of international trade compliance & customs processes.
• Hands-on configuration of SAP GTS 11.0 / 2020+, integrated with S / 4HANA.
• Experience in multi-country rollouts (A&D, Manufacturing or Life Sciences ideal).
• SI consulting background with onshore / offshore delivery models.
• Pre-sales experience : solution shaping, proposals, RFP responses.

Tools & Certifications

• SAP S / 4HANA and SAP GTS configuration expertise.
• Experience with SolMan / ChaRM, Jira / ALM.
• Knowledge of qTest / Tosca or equivalent testing tools.
• SAP GTS Professional Certification (preferred).
• Understanding of AEO, ITAR / EAR and customs system integrations beneficial.

Due to a nature of the project, the successful candidate will be required to have an active SC Clearance or be willing and eligible to undergo a security vetting checks.
