Synergize Consulting are hiring for a Product Owner to work at a leading defence client on a contract basis. The purpose of the role is to support a large programme delivering secure digital identity and access management capabilities across highly regulated environments.
As the Product Owner, you’ll be responsible for:
- Defining and managing the IAM product vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery lifecycle.
- Leading Agile product delivery across IAM and identity governance initiatives.
- Ensuring IAM solutions align with security, compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Managing product performance, delivery metrics, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
- Supporting continuous improvement across Agile ways of working and product maturity.
- Coordinating with suppliers and delivery partners across the software development lifecycle.
Experience required:
- Experience with IAM platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, Okta, ForgeRock, or Ping Identity.
- Experience managing Agile backlogs, sprint planning, user stories, and roadmap delivery.
- CISSP, CSPO, SAFe, or Agile certifications would be desirable.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers or offshore teams.
Due to the nature of the client, it would be an advantage for candidates to hold, or be eligible and willing to undergo, a certain level of security clearance (SC).
