Contract IAM PO/Delivery Consultant
Location: Reading HQ (2-3 days a week onsite)
SC Cleared - Defence & Aerospace
Rate: Up to £85 p/h Inside IR35
A leading Defence prime are looking to onboard an experienced IAM PO (Or BA/Delivery Manager) with active SC Clearance. You must have experience supporting sensitive MOD and aerospace programmes in secure environments. We are specifically looking for extensive background delivering IAM and cybersecurity initiatives within Defence Digital and highly regulated organisations.
Key Skills & Expertise:
- Active SC Clearance
- BA/Product Owner or similar experience
- Identity & Access Management (IAM) – Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Ping Identity or similar SAML/OAuth/OpenID Connect
- Requirements Elicitation & Analysis
- Agile / Scrum Delivery Methodologies
- User Stories, Epics & Feature Definition
We are specifically looking for candidates who have done the following:
- Partnered with senior stakeholders to gather, analyse and document IAM business requirements aligned to organisational and security objectives.
- Produced and managed detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, epics, and functional documentation to support Agile delivery teams.
- Supported IAM roadmap planning and backlog prioritisation based on business value, dependencies, and delivery capacity.
- Worked closely with Solution Architects, Security, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to support integrated IAM solutions across enterprise platforms.
- Facilitated Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, workshops, and stakeholder reviews.
- Supported testing activities including UAT and functional validation to ensure solutions met agreed specifications and compliance requirements.
- Contributed to IAM governance, risk management, and compliance activities within highly regulated environments.
- Assisted in improving operational performance through process optimisation, incident analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicated complex IAM and cybersecurity concepts effectively to business users and non-technical stakeholders.
- Supported supplier and third-party engagement activities within secure delivery programmes.
