Our client, a management and engineering consultancy, are seeking experienced NEC Project Managers to join our growing team across the South East, South West, and Midlands. Whether you're looking for a permanent role or a contract opportunity, if you bring proven expertise in managing NEC3 or NEC4 contracts within engineering, defence, or construction environments — we want to hear from you.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead, administer and manage projects under NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts from inception to completion.
- Ensure delivery of projects on time, within scope and budget.
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee commercial, risk, and change management in line with NEC principles.
- Drive project governance, reporting, and compliance in line with organisational and client standards.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience managing NEC3 or NEC4 contracts in engineering, defence, or construction projects.
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contract suite and project lifecycle management.
- Project Management qualification: APM PMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or PMP.
- NEC Project Manager Accreditation (or currently working towards).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
