NEC Project Manager

Our client a management and engineering consultancy are seeking experienced NEC Project Managers to join our growing team across the South East, South West, and Midlands. Whether you're looking for a permanent role or a contract opportunity, if you bring proven expertise in managing NEC3 or NEC4 contracts within engineering, defence, or construction environments — we want to hear from you.

🔧 Role Responsibilities:

• Lead, administer and manage projects under NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts from inception to completion.
• Ensure delivery of projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee commercial, risk, and change management in line with NEC principles.
• Drive project governance, reporting, and compliance in line with organisational and client standards.

✅ Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience managing NEC3 or NEC4 contracts in engineering, defence, or construction projects.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC contract suite and project lifecycle management.
• Project Management qualification: APM PMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or PMP.
• NEC Project Manager Accreditation (or currently working towards).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

🎯 Desirable:

• SC/DV clearance or eligibility for security clearance (particularly for defence sector projects).
• Experience working within public sector or MOD frameworks.
