This role is for a highly motivated Senior Sub-Contract Manager to join the client’s team and take on an exciting and challenging role within the Combat Air sector.

It involves managing high-value and high-risk subcontract commitments that shape future capability.

You’ll operate in a matrix environment, supporting both Production and Development Integrated Project Teams.

The role requires translating complex, early-stage customer requirements into robust subcontract agreements, ensuring seamless project delivery.

Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and applying commercial, legal, and procurement expertise are essential.

We’re seeking professionals with proven experience in Defence, Aerospace, or similarly regulated industries, ideally with MCIPS or equivalent.

Strong communication and influencing skills, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions are key.

Experience with SAP (or similar systems) will be an advantage.
