We are seeking an experienced security cleared Procurement professional to join a high-performing team supporting a variety of complex assignments across the Defence and Aerospace sector.
This is a varied role, ranging from traditional supplier management and contractual flow-down activities through to complex strategic supply chain design on international programmes and strategic bid activity.
You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, using your commercial and procurement expertise to influence business decisions throughout the Life Cycle Management (LCM) framework.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Procurement professional to manage procurement and subcontract activities across complex Defence and Aerospace programmes.
You will develop supplier relationships, manage contractual requirements and commercial risk, and support both strategic supply chain initiatives and day-to-day procurement delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement and subcontract activities within integrated project teams.
- Manage subcontract spend, forecasting and reporting.
- Identify and develop new suppliers, including those supporting emerging technologies.
- Manage supplier performance and contractual relationships.
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial and contract documentation.
- Translate customer and project requirements into commercial agreements.
- Manage commercial, contractual and supply chain risk.
- Ensure appropriate flow-down of customer terms and conditions.
- Develop procurement and supply chain strategies across the project lifecycle.
- Lead LCM contracts and supply chain deliverables.
- Manage Export Compliance, restrictions and third-party rights.
- Support strategic bids and complex international programmes.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Demonstrable experience managing subcontracts, suppliers and contract negotiations.
