We are recruiting an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant on behalf of a global organisation delivering large-scale HR transformation programmes across the UK and Europe. This role offers the opportunity to work end-to-end across SAP SuccessFactors implementations, supporting modern, scalable HR solutions within complex and regulated environments.
Please note: Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be sole British nationals and have lived and worked in the UK continuously for the past 5 years and be willing to undergo SC Security vetting checks.
Role Overview
As an SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, and optimisation of Employee Central, working closely with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders to deliver robust global HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central including Data Models, Workflows, Business Rules, Foundation Objects, RBP, and Position Management
- Lead EC solution design aligned to HR transformation and global templates
- Work closely with ECP / payroll teams to support replication and integration
- Manage EC data migration, validation, and data quality governance
- Support integrations with time, payroll, and analytics platforms
- Lead and support SIT, UAT, and cutover activities
- Advise on EC best practices, governance, and release upgrades
- Support and train HRIS teams during and post-implementation
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of EC Data Models, MDF, RBP, and Position Management
- Experience integrating EC with ECP, payroll, or time systems
- Solid understanding of HR process design and global HR templates
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working across the full project lifecycle
Certifications & Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification (preferred)
- Degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
