Location: Bristol, London or flexible UK locations

Rate: £590 per day (Inside IR35)

Duration: Initial 6 months with strong extension potential

Clearance: BPSS required

We are supporting a growing SME consultancy delivering services into a major public sector programme and have an urgent requirement for an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join a highly skilled development team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex database challenges, developing robust PL/SQL solutions and working within large-scale transformation programmes.

Essential Skills

  • Strong commercial experience as an Oracle PL/SQL Developer
  • Deep expertise writing and maintaining complex stored procedures, functions, packages and triggers
  • Hands-on experience with Liquibase
  • Oracle RDBMS development experience
  • Experience working within development and testing teams
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem diagnosis and root cause analysis skills
  • Experience supporting large, complex programmes and multi-supplier environments

Desirable Skills

  • Oracle hosted within AWS/Amazon Cloud environments
  • Public Sector experience
  • Linux development environments
  • JIRA and Confluence
