We’re looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join a major transformation programme within a leading financial services environment. This is an exciting opportunity to drive Agile adoption at scale across multiple technology-aligned business areas, supporting teams and leadership in embedding SAFe ways of working and delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience delivering SAFe Agile coaching within complex enterprise environments
  • Deep understanding of SAFe frameworks across Team, ToT, and Portfolio levels
  • Proven experience coaching product and technology delivery teams at scale
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience working within large-scale transformation programmes
  • Knowledge of engineering/platform environments and built-in quality practices
  • SAFe, Scrum, ICAgile, or related Agile certifications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coaching teams, leaders, and portfolios on Agile & SAFe best practices
  • Driving Agile maturity improvements across multiple delivery teams
  • Facilitating PI Planning, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Promoting lean, customer‑centric product delivery and outcome‑based planning
  • Supporting flow optimisation using techniques such as WIP limits and smaller batch sizes
  • Collaborating with engineering, product, and leadership teams to align delivery goals
  • Using data‑driven insights (KPIs, OKRs, WSJF) to improve prioritisation and decision‑making
  • Helping embed a strong Agile culture across the organisation
