We're recruiting for an experienced Success Factors Senior Employee Central Consultant to join a leading consultancy, delivering large-scale SAP Success Factors programmes for high-profile UK organisations.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in complex HR transformation projects, working with global delivery teams and helping clients maximise the value of their Success Factors investment.
What you'll be doing Leading the design and delivery of SAP Success Factors Employee Central solutions.
Configuring Employee Central and supporting integrations.
Advising clients on SAP Success Factors best practice, roadmap and innovation.
Managing business process design and HR transformation activities.
Leading cross-functional teams across large, global programmes.
Working closely with stakeholders at all levels to deliver successful outcomes.
Supporting pre-sales activities, RFP responses and solution demonstrations.
Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the growth of the wider SAP practice.
