SC Cleared (SC) SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Consultant - Secure Projects

We are seeking an experienced SC Cleared SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Consultant to support a number of secure, large-scale SAP transformation programmes the UK. This role is ideal for consultants with strong SAP PM expertise who have worked in Defence, Government, or other security-cleared environments and can operate confidently in complex, asset-intensive organisations.

You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end SAP PM solutions across secure programmes, supporting full life cycle activities from requirements through to go-live and hypercare.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on SAP PM configuration across S/4HANA or ECC environments

• Analyse and document business processes for:

  • Preventive Maintenance

  • Breakdown/Corrective Maintenance

  • Work Order Management

  • Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, Equipment & Functional Locations

• Produce functional specifications, process designs, blueprints, test scripts and training materials

• Support full project life cycle activities: design, build, testing, data migration, cutover and hypercare

• Engage directly with business and technical stakeholders in secure project environments

• Ensure solutions are aligned to programme governance and security standards

Essential Experience

• Strong, proven background as an SAP Plant Maintenance Functional Consultant

• Multiple end‑to‑end implementations or major enhancements in SAP PM

• Solid hands‑on experience with PM configuration and process design

• Exposure to S/4HANA is highly desirable

• Experience working on secure, regulated, Defence or Public Sector SAP programmes

• Ability to translate business requirements into high‑quality functional designs

• Comfortable working in both project delivery and support environments

Due to the nature of the project and urgency, the successful candidate will have a valid SC Clearance prior to a start.
