Synergize Consulting are now hiring for a Business Analyst to work at a leading consultancy client on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a key part in transitioning the customer through various phases of delivery, analysing business needs and mapping needs throughout an Agile-focused process.
Key responsibilities:
- Document and manage requirements, as well as creating detailed requirements with user stories
- Prioritise backlogs and generate roadmaps, supporting Lead's with prioritisation where required
- Facilitating workshops to gather requirements and plans
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies including stand up, refinement, planning, demos and retrospectives.
- Work with the Scrum team to complete and document impact assessments for change requests.
Experience required:
- A strong Business Analysis background, with demonstrable experience of having been a key part of transformation projects and programmes
- Experience within various phases of the delivery lifecycle, including Discovery
- Highly skilled in producing roadmaps, as-is and to-be analysis and delivery plans
- Skilled in producing impact analyses, and providing support to PM's where required
- Strong experience gained in Agile delivery environments
- Previous background within the public sector, or a consulting client would be desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage with customers and technical teams
- Due to the nature of the client, it would be an advantage for candidates to hold, or be eligible and willing to undergo, a certain level of security clearance (SC).
