Synergize Consulting are hiring for an ITHelpdesk Analyst to work at a leading technology client on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective and friendly IT support to users, resolving issues wherever possible and escalating more complex problems when required.
Responsibilities include: Providing 1st and 2nd Line IT support via telephone, email and ticketing systems
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and Windows-related issues
Setting up and configuring PCs, laptops and user accounts
Supporting Microsoft 365 and common business applications.
Troubleshooting network, connectivity, printing and peripheral issues.
Managing and updating support tickets, ensuring issues are documented clearly
Escalating more complex technical issues appropriately.
Supporting new starters and leavers with IT access and equipment.
Working as part of the wider IT team to maintain a high standard of service.
Helping to identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve the support service.
Experience required: We're looking for someone who is technically capable, approachable and keen to help, and is confident troubleshooting common IT problems and have the ability to learn quickly.
Previous experience working on a technical helpdesk or service desk.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments.
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and user issues.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and common desktop applications.
Good communication and customer service skills.
A methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem solving.
The ability to prioritise and manage multiple support requests.
A willingness to learn and develop your technical skills. xohmjla
