TCU Implementation Consultant – (Siemens Toolset) Edinburgh, Bristol, Basildon, Luton or Southampton HQ (Hybrid remote) Up to £75 p/h Inside IR35 We are seeking a TCU Implementation Consultant / Siemens Toolset Specialist with hands-on experience deploying, configuring and supporting Siemens Teamcenter and associated PLM solutions. The successful candidate will support the implementation, upgrade, configuration and debugging of Siemens-delivered solutions across development, test and production environments. You will work closely with internal technical teams, external vendors and Siemens representatives to troubleshoot issues, validate deployments and ensure environments are ready for testing and production. Essential Skills & Experience ·
Proven hands-on experience with the Siemens toolset, particularly Teamcenter, Opcenter and Polarion. ·
Strong understanding of PLM deployment lifecycles and configuration management. ·
Experience integrating PLM platforms with engineering, MES and ERP systems. ·
Practical experience with Polarion, Creo, Siemens EDA, Opcenter and SAP S/4HANA integrations. ·
Experience deploying and managing PLM solutions within Microsoft Azure environments. ·
Proficiency with Windows command prompt, Windows services and service management. ·
Experience troubleshooting technical issues through remote collaboration and screen sharing. ·
Ability to operate effectively within a multi-vendor technical environment. ·
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. ·
Experience supporting Siemens upgrade activities. ·
Experience contributing to test planning and production readiness. ·
Familiarity with QAPS environments. ·
Experience supporting enterprise-scale PLM implementations. Key Responsibilities ·
Support the upgrade, deployment and configuration of Siemens Teamcenter on Microsoft Azure across development, test and production environments. ·
Troubleshoot, debug and validate configuration deployments through remote technical collaboration and screen-sharing sessions. ·
Execute and monitor Windows services, command-line operations and service management activities supporting TCU deployment and maintenance. ·
Support integrations between Teamcenter, Creo (IPEM interface), EDA, Component Information Systems, SAP S/4HANA and Siemens Opcenter. ·
Help ensure data consistency and process alignment across PLM, MES and ERP environments. ·
Liaise with external vendors and technical partners during upgrades, enhancements and implementation activities. ·
Provide technical input into test planning, environment readiness and deployment activities. ·
Document deployment procedures, configurations and technical processes. ·
Contribute to the continuous improvement of PLM implementation and deployment practices.
