The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will receive full training and support while learning every aspect of the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing candidates using job boards, social media and our internal database.
- Advertising vacancies and writing engaging job adverts.
- Screening CVs and interviewing candidates.
- Registering candidates and matching them to suitable roles.
