We're now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.
No previous recruitment experience is required—we're looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive full training and support while learning every aspect of the recruitment process.
Your responsibilities will include
- Sourcing candidates using job boards, social media and our internal database.
- Advertising vacancies and writing engaging job adverts.
- Screening CVs and interviewing candidates.
- Registering candidates and matching them to suitable vacancies.
- Building strong relationships with clients and temporary workers.
- Booking candidates into temporary and permanent positions.
- Managing candidate availability and shift bookings.
- Carrying out compliance and right-to-work checks.
- Delivering excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
- Supporting the wider recruitment team with day-to-day operations.

About You

Previous experience within customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, administration, estate agency, call centres or other people-focused roles would be advantageous but is not essential.
