Pay: £12.71 per hour Job Description: Synergise Recruitment are on the hunt for Production Operatives on behalf of our client, a family owned and run business in the Marsh Barton area of Exeter on a Temp to Perm basis. The working hours are 08.00am until 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Production Operatives have an important role in the full manufacturing cycle of bespoke units. They say variety is the spice of life and in this role you could be: * Disposing of lightweight offcuts * Setting up the product lines; ensuring the correct materials are used. * Loading and unloading products and working in the finishing department. * Getting products ready for dispatch * General production/warehousing duties i.e. keeping areas clean and tidy.
