Synergise Recruitment are looking for several Food Production Operatives to join a busy and growing food production facility producing frozen oven ready products for our client in the Newton Abbot area. This is a long term ongoing role or even a potential temp to perm for the right people. You can apply today and start tomorrow if you are available!
Shift Patterns:
- Day Shift: 07:00 - 15:30 £12.60 per hour
- Afternoon Shift: 15:00 - 22:30 £14.49 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on a busy production line manufacturing frozen oven foods
- Ensuring the production line runs smoothly and efficiently
- Picking and packing finished products
- Spacing food items correctly to ensure even coverage
- Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous food production or factory experience desirable (but not essential)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment
