We're now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. No previous recruitment experience is required—we're looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive full training and support while learning every aspect of the recruitment process. Sourcing candidates using job boards, social media and our internal database. * Advertising vacancies and writing engaging job adverts. * Building strong relationships with clients and temporary workers. * Booking candidates into temporary and permanent positions. * Managing candidate availability and shift bookings. * Supporting the wider recruitment team with day-to-day operations. We don't expect recruitment experience, but we do expect the right attitude. Confident speaking to people over the phone and face-to-face. * Computer literate with good Microsoft Office skills. * Keen to develop a long-term career in recruitment. Previous experience within customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, administration, estate agency, call centres or other people-focused roles would be advantageous but is not essential.
