Here at Synergise Recruitment, we are looking for several Freezer Picking Operatives for our client in the Radstock/Midsomer Norton area. This is a long-term ongoing role or even a potential temp to perm for the right people. This role has an immediate start.

This role involves working in a freezer environment, full freezer clothing will be provided.

Schedule:

  • Days/Hours: Sunday to Friday with a day off in the week & 8pm to 5am (finish can vary depending on how busy it is).

Rate of Pay: £13.50ph

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process Goods - Unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods.
  • Inventory management - Organise and maintain stock, ensuring accurate counts.
  • Order picking and packing - Select, pick & pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
  • Loading and unloading - Safely load and unload goods from vehicles.

Requirements:

  • Previous freezer experience desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Own transport or able to commute to Radstock easily.
