We are recruiting for a Multi‑Skilled Technician to join a well‑established manufacturing site in Watford. This is a days‑based role working a double days shift pattern, offering an excellent work‑life balance with no nights or weekend working. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving production equipment, supporting efficient operations and minimising downtime. This opportunity would suit an engineer who enjoys hands‑on fault finding, problem solving, and working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
The Role
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production equipment.
- Fault find on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Support equipment set‑up and calibration activities.
- Work closely with production teams to reduce downtime.

About You
- Multi‑skilled engineer with an electrical or mechanical bias.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG, pharmaceutical or similar).
- Confident fault finding and working on machinery.
