Double days (Monday to Friday): 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00. No nights or weekends. Pension and holiday entitlement included.

We are recruiting for a Multi‑Skilled Technician to join a well‑established manufacturing site in Watford. This is a days‑based role working a double days shift pattern, offering an excellent work‑life balance with no nights or weekend working.

You will play a key role in maintaining and improving production equipment, supporting efficient operations and minimising downtime. This opportunity would suit an engineer who enjoys hands‑on fault finding, problem solving, and working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

The Role

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production equipment.
  • Fault find on electrical and mechanical systems.
