We're recruiting a hands-on Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a high-volume FMCG manufacturing site in Aylesbury. This is a shift-based role supporting modern production equipment, focused on breakdown response, planned maintenance and improving equipment reliability.

The Role

  • Reactive maintenance and breakdown support across production equipment
  • Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to reduce downtime
  • Electrical and mechanical fault-finding
  • Working on blow moulding machinery and associated plant
  • Accurate completion of maintenance records
  • Working safely to site health, safety and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For

  • Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG, packaging, plastics, food, beverage or similar)
  • Multi-skilled background (electrical & mechanical)
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Engineering - essential
  • Comfortable working a 4 on 4 off days and nights (6-6) shift pattern
  • A reliable, practical engineer who works well in a team
