We're working with a well-established FMCG manufacturer looking to recruit an Engineering Reliability Team Leader to join their site in Park Royal. This is a key role within the engineering team, focused on improving reliability, reducing downtime and leading a small team of engineers.
The Role
- Leading reliability and maintenance across site
- Driving planned preventative maintenance and improvements
- Reducing breakdowns and improving equipment performance
- Managing and supporting a team of 4 engineers
- Working closely with production to keep the site running
What We're Looking For
- Electrically biased, multi-skilled engineer
- Experience in FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing
- Strong fault finding and problem-solving ability
