Synergi Search & Select is seeking a proactive Maintenance Engineer to support maintenance and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment and site infrastructure in the UK. You will perform planned preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and assist with upgrades, reporting to the Engineering Manager.

You will diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, install and upgrade equipment, and work closely with engineering colleagues to minimise downtime while adhering to safety.
