Maintenance Engineer required for a growing food manufacturing business in Kent. Working a 4 on, 4 off permanent night shift, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across production and packaging machinery, helping to maximise uptime and site performance.

The Role
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Reactive breakdowns and fault finding
Mechanical maintenance and repairs
Electrical isolations (LOTO)
Continuous improvement projects
Supporting production and minimising downtime
Requirements
Maintenance Engineer experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food or packaging environments
Mechanical maintenance background
Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 qualification preferred
Strong fault-finding skills
Proactive and team-focused approach
