The Role
My Client is seeking for a Night Shift Engineer to support a busy FMCG manufacturing site in Coventry. This is a hands‑on role focused on maintaining production efficiency through effective reactive and planned maintenance.
- Reactive and planned maintenance across food processing and packaging machinery
- Electrical and mechanical fault‑finding on production equipment
- Supporting line start‑ups, changeovers and night shift operations
- Completing PPMs and engineering documentation
- Working safely in line with food hygiene and site procedures
What We\’re Looking For
- Time‑served or Level 3 qualified Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical or Multi‑Skilled)
- Experience within FMCG or food manufacturing preferred
- Strong fault‑finding skills and a proactive approach
- Comfortable working independently on nights
- Good awareness of health, safety and hygiene standards
