We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing site, playing a key role in improving performance across production lines through continuous improvement and best practice maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement and reliability across production equipment and processes
- Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and minimise equipment downtime
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
- Work closely with operations and engineering teams to improve performance and efficiency
- Provide reactive and technical support on production lines
Requirements:
- Strong maintenance engineering background within manufacturing
- Experience in FMCG / high-speed production environments preferred
- Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, and automated systems
- Understanding of PPM, CI, and maintenance strategies
