Shifts Available:
- Shift 1: Tuesday to Saturday 07:00 - 16:30
- Shift 2: Tuesday to Saturday 14:00 - 23:30
An excellent opportunity has arisen for multiple Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join one of the UK's leading food manufacturers. This role would suit either an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, or a genuinely Multi-Skilled Engineer with experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, packaging, automated warehousing, logistics, or production environments.
Working within a fast-paced manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance, breakdown response, fault finding, and continuous improvement activities across a range of production and packaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive maintenance and breakdown repairs
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding
- PLC fault finding
- Working with inverters and control panels
- Maintenance of production and packaging machinery
- Working on conveyors, pumps, motors, bearings, and gearboxes
- Continuous improvement projects
- Root cause analysis
- Reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability
- Ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained
Skills & Experience Required
- NVQ Level 3 Engineering qualification or equivalent
- Maintenance engineering experience within manufacturing
- Electrical, Mechanical, or Multi-Skilled background
- Strong fault-finding skills
- Experience working on production machinery
- PLC fault-finding experience advantageous
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
