Job Role & Key Responsibilities:

Were recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading UK FMCG manufacturer. This is a great opportunity for someone with a proactive mindset who enjoys continuous improvement and mentoring junior engineers in a structured and high-performing environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Conduct reactive and planned electrical maintenance on production line machinery
• Diagnose and resolve faults on automated equipment
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency, safety, and performance
• Support and collaborate with internal teams and contractors
• Provide mentoring and technical support to apprentices
• Maintain up-to-date training and knowledge relevant to the role

Desirable Skills:

• Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship or Engineering qualification
• Experience in FMCG or heavy industry environments
• Strong fault-finding skills on automated systems
• Passion for mentoring and team development
