Job Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Join a permanent full-time role in Surrey, providing maintenance and technical support for site services and equipment.
- Install, service, and carry out planned and reactive maintenance on AHUs, FCUs, and mechanical systems.
- Work on pump seals, bearings, and alignment.
- Participate in the on-call rota with the Maintenance Team.
- Prioritise workload to meet business needs.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs to required standards.
- Oversee contractor activities on-site.
- Provide specialist technical support for building plant and equipment.
- Undertake other reasonable tasks within the scope of the role as directed by management.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Engineering/Technical qualification (Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC).
- Experience in building services and mechanical maintenance, including pump seals, bearings, and alignment.
- Ability to produce accurate reports and job sheets manually or electronically.
- Full, clean driving licence.
Desirable Skills:
- Competence in other building services disciplines (BMS, electrical).
