The Maintenance Engineer Role

  • Mechanical maintenance, servicing, and repair of plant and machinery
  • Strip-down, inspection, rebuild, and reassembly of engines and mechanical components
  • Fault-finding and breakdown response on mechanical systems
  • Supporting installations, upgrades, and planned maintenance
  • Participation in a rotating weekend call-out (additional pay)
  • Occasional travel to nearby sites

What We’re Looking For

  • Maintenance engineering experience
  • Level 3 Mechanical qualification or strong hands-on experience

  • Background in Heavy Industrial plant maintenance, or similar

  • Experience from agriculture, food, waste management, or manufacturing welcome
  • Basic electrical knowledge
