We are seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FMCG/Manufacturing organisation. Working as part of a team of experienced engineers, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving high-speed production equipment, ensuring machinery operates safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on high-speed production machinery
- Complete fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs across a range of production equipment
- Support planned preventative maintenance activities
- Identify issues and implement effective engineering solutions
- Ensure machinery performance, quality standards, and safety procedures are maintained
- Work collaboratively with engineering teams to minimise downtime and improve reliability
The Ideal Candidate will have
- Experience working as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing/FMCG environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical engineering skills
- Experience with fault finding and problem solving on production machinery
- Knowledge of planned preventative maintenance systems
- Understanding of automation and PLC control systems
- A strong awareness of quality, health, and safety standards
Desirable Skills
- Experience working with high-speed manufacturing equipment
- Electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
- Knowledge of automated production systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits Include
