Allied Bakeries are recruiting a mechanically biased Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the engineering team at their Stoke site. This is a hands‑on role within a large, automated manufacturing environment. The position is open to engineers from FMCG or heavy industrial backgrounds, including building materials, manufacturing or continuous process sites.
The Role:
- Reactive and planned maintenance on production machinery
- Mechanical fault‑finding on conveyors, gearboxes, drives and bearings
- Supporting breakdown response and site reliability
- Basic electrical fault‑finding and safe isolation
