This is a role for a multi skilled maintenance engineer who is confident working across electrical and mechanical systems, ideally with experience in PLC fault-finding. Youll support a 24/7 operation, responding quickly and resolving issues promptly the first time.
The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Role:
Fault-finding, problem-solving, and preventive maintenance
Working with high-speed production and packaging machinery
Logging work and ensuring audit-ready documentation
Complying with food safety and H&S standards
Supporting improvements in reliability and operational efficiency
The Successful Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
NVQ Level 3 or above in Engineering
FMCG or manufacturing experience essential
PLC fault analysis experience (preferred)
IOSH qualified or willing to complete
Commutable to Lincolnshire
