We are recruiting a Machine Technician to join a busy, well-invested manufacturing site in Milton Keynes. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a mechanical mindset who enjoys working with machinery and wants to build their technical skills in a fast-paced production environment. You will play a key role in keeping moulding machines running efficiently, maintaining product quality and supporting smooth production on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days & nights).
What you’ll be doing:
- Running and monitoring moulding machines and ancillary equipment
- Carrying out routine quality checks and completing production paperwork
- Removing, cleaning and adjusting machine components within your skill level
- Supporting breakdown response and reporting issues to supervision
- Changing raw material bins to maintain continuous production
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Previous experience operating or running machinery
- Mechanical awareness or background
- Reliable, proactive and safety-conscious approach
- Good communication and teamworking skills
- Willingness to learn — full training provided on site machinery

- £35,000 starting salary
