Job Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Join a permanent full-time position in Central London, carrying out a variety of property maintenance and repair tasks.
- Perform general property maintenance including carpentry, tiling, and repairs to doors, windows, and locking systems.
- Install and repair guttering and drainpipe systems.
- Carry out basic plumbing repairs.
- Source and collect materials from local suppliers.
- Oversee contractor work when required.
- Support colleagues by covering absences and providing on-call assistance.
- Follow all company policies and health & safety regulations.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience in a similar maintenance role.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Proficiency in using basic hand tools.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Strong practical skills and good numeracy for measurements and calculations.
Desirable Skills:
- Expertise in one or more building trades (carpentry, plastering, tiling).
