Job Role & Key Responsibilities:
- As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at a state-of-the-art automated site, you'll be responsible for maintaining high-speed machinery in a fast-paced environment.
- Working within a large team on a 4 on 4 off shift (days & nights), you'll carry out preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure minimal downtime.
- Electrical and mechanical maintenance of automated equipment.
- Fault-finding on Siemens S7 PLC systems and control panels.
- Supporting efficient production through timely maintenance and issue resolution.
- Working with conveyors, mixers, ovens, and kilns.
- Contributing to continuous improvement at Europe's fastest-producing site.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Mechanical qualifications with strong electrical skills.
- Experience in FMCG or heavy industrial environments.
- Confident in fault-finding on Siemens PLCs and control panels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a high-output, automated environment.
