Job Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the performance of high-speed automated machinery in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
- Carry out both reactive and planned electrical maintenance while contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
- Perform reactive and planned maintenance on production line machinery.
- Fault-find on complex automated equipment and electrical systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve performance, safety, and reduce waste.
- Support other engineering teams and external contractors as required.
- Attend training and maintain technical knowledge to ensure maximum effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-speed manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred).
- Strong fault-finding skills on automated and electrical machinery.
