Synergi are recruiting for an Engineering Shift Manager to join one of the leading Food Manufacturers based in Suffolk. The successful Engineering Shift Manager would be joining an experienced team with a vast amount of industry knowledge and a company who invest in their staff.
As an Engineering Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the engineering team on shift and ensuring daily mechanical and electrical maintenance activities and standards are met. You will act as point of contact for shift engineering escalations and breakdowns of machinery.
