Synergi Search & Select are recruiting for an Engineer Team Leader to join a well-established manufacturing business in Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with leadership or supervisory experience to join a growing engineering team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Engineer Team Leader Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting the engineering team on shift
- Planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding
- Supporting continuous improvement activities
- Reducing downtime and improving machine reliability
- Ensuring engineering and Health & Safety standards are maintained
Maintenance Machinery & Equipment
- Automated production machinery
- Conveyors
- Packaging equipment
- Process machinery
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Motors, drives, sensors, and controls
What We're Looking For
- Multi-skilled maintenance engineering background
- Previous team leader, supervisor, or senior engineer experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
- Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, packaging, or automated manufacturing
- Proactive and hands-on approach
Both electrically biased and mechanically biased engineers will be considered.
Shift Pattern
4 on 4 off days and nights, 12-hour shifts
