We are recruiting a hands-on Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a high-volume FMCG manufacturing site in Aylesbury. This is a shift-based role supporting modern production equipment, focused on breakdown response, planned maintenance and improving equipment reliability.
The Role- Reactive maintenance and breakdown support across production equipment.
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to reduce downtime.
- Electrical and mechanical fault-finding.
- Working on blow moulding machinery and associated plant.
- Accurate completion of maintenance records.
- Working safely to site health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG, packaging, plastics, food, beverage or similar).
- Multi-skilled background (electrical & mechanical).
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Engineering – essential.
- Comfortable working a 4 on 4 off days and nights (6–6) shift pattern.
- A reliable, practical engineer who works well in a team.
- 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights.
