I am delighted to be working exclusively with a successful and dynamic business in Leeds to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk for their finance team.\\nReporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing the Billing/Sales Invoice process and providing additional support to the Sales Ledger finance team.\\n\\nResponsibilities will include:\\n\\n * Administration of the sales process\\n\\n * Amendment of Sales Ledger contracts in the financial system\\n\\n * Production and distribution of Sales Ledger invoices\\n\\n * Production and distribution of statements to customers\\n\\n * Matching and posting of customer payments\\n\\n * Setting up new Sales Ledger accounts on the system\\n\\n * Liaise with Customers to resolve Sales Invoice queries\\n\\n * To support the accounts team and cover in busy times and period of absence\\n\\n * To actively contribute to the improvement of our processes\\n\\nRole will suit an experienced Sales Ledger Assistant who is an excellent communicator, used to working to strict monthly deadlines with a high degree of accuracy. You will ideally have experience of working in a high volume environment
