We’re delighted to be partnering with a rapidly expanding group to recruit for a newly created Assistant Financial Controller role. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll play a key role in preparing accurate consolidated management accounts and supporting financial compliance across the group.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare monthly consolidated management accounts for the group
- Lead the month-end reporting process for central overheads
- Business partner with budget holders to review performance and forecasts
- Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany accounts
- Assist with group cashflow forecasting and VAT return reviews
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
- Support the FC with financial analysis and ad hoc projects
- Part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with experience in a multi-entity environment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to build relationships across the business
- Confident working in a fast-paced, evolving finance function
