The Opportunity A long-established industrial and distribution-focused business is seeking an experienced Finance Director to join its senior leadership team ahead of a planned retirement transition. Operating within a specialist technical market, the business has a strong reputation, established customer relationships and a stable operational platform. The incoming FD will work closely with the Managing Director and senior management team, playing a key role in commercial decision-making, operational performance and long-term business planning. A structured handover period will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role and wider business. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of the finance function including statutory accounts, budgeting, forecasting and monthly management reporting.
