Minimum Requirements
- Data experience with eHR and claims databases such as Optum, HealthVerity, or IQVIA PharmMetrics. Optional: MarketScan, VA data, Medicaid, Medicare.
- Proficiency in SAS or R, and SQL.
- Programmatic cohort derivation and index date definition.
- Statistical modeling skills: GLM, logistic regression, Cox, propensity score matching, incidence computation.
- Understanding of OMOP Common Data Model and ability to transform healthcare data.
- Experience with AI/ML, including large language models, is ideal.
- GitHub version control experience is desirable.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or master’s degree in a scientific or statistical discipline (e.g., biostatistics, mathematics, epidemiology).
- Extensive programming experience in SAS, R, Python or other required software within a real‑world data environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
