Job Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site and remote monitoring of clinical research studies to ensure compliance with clinical practices and study protocols.
- Develop, implement tools and procedures to ensure quality monitoring, including templates for monitoring reports.
- Participate in design and implementation of protocols and study methodology.
- Manage and direct work of lower‑level professionals, providing guidance on day‑to‑day activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of activities and prepare comprehensive reports for regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with data management, biostatistics, and regulatory affairs teams.
- Identify and resolve issues related to study conduct and data integrity.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff on monitoring techniques and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3‑5 years experience in clinical research.
- In‑depth knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications
